Telegram Access Manager (TAM) – Terms Governing Channel Memberships
Effective Date: August 15, 20261. Scope & Contracting Party
These Terms of Use govern the purchase and utilization of fixed-term channel membership access passes via the payment and invite system of the Telegram Access Manager (TAM). The operator and contracting party for payment processing is CIPA Media S.L.U. / Pay4Coins. These provisions supplement the general Terms & Conditions (AGB) of Pay4Coins. In case of any conflict, these specific Terms of Use shall prevail for the Telegram Access Manager.
2. Eligibility & Age Limit (Strict 18+ Rule)
Offers and content provided through the Telegram Access Manager are intended strictly for adults aged 18 and older. By completing a purchase and checking the confirmation box on the checkout page, you bindingly warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Nature of Service (Channel Access Only)
The subject of the agreement is the provision of a single-use invite link for a selected fixed term (e.g., 30 days) to a private Telegram channel. This strictly constitutes the sale of temporary overall channel membership access and NEVER the sale of individual posts, media files, or pay-per-view content.
4. Fixed Term & Automatic Expiration (No Auto-Renewal)
Purchased channel access automatically expires at the end of the selected period. There are no recurring subscription obligations or hidden renewals; no cancellation is required. Extension occurs exclusively via a manual re-purchase by the user.
5. Telegram Third-Party Terms
Utilization of the service requires an active personal account with Telegram Messenger Inc. Users agree to strictly comply with the official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of Telegram.
6. User Conduct, Copyright & Banning Rights
Re-distributing, recording, capturing, or publishing (leaking) media from the channel is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement. Harassment, spam, or unlawful acts within the channel are prohibited. In cases of violations, the channel operator and Pay4Coins reserve the right to revoke access and ban the user immediately without entitlement to a refund.
7. Right of Withdrawal Waiver for Digital Content
Due to the immediate digital fulfillment of the service, the user agrees that contract performance begins immediately upon purchase completion. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal expires early upon the generation or redemption of the digital invite link.
8. Liability & Complaints
Pay4Coins is responsible for payment processing and invite link generation. No liability is assumed for outages or account bans originating from Telegram Inc. Complaints or abuse reports can be submitted anytime via our public form at pay4coins.com/de/entfernen-von-Inhalten.
